Who you're dealing with
Site Speed Labs is a business based in Pune, India. "We" and "us" on this site mean Site Speed Labs. These terms cover the website, the free check and its API, the work we sell, and the Speed Care app. By using any of them, or by paying us, you agree to them.
The free check and the API
The free check, /api/* and the MCP server are free to use. They run Google PageSpeed Insights on the address you give and fetch the page,
its robots.txt and its llms.txt from our server. Only check sites you own or are allowed to test. Requests are rate limited, and
we may block traffic that looks automated or abusive.
The results come from Google's tools and our own reading of your page. They are a guide, not a promise, and they can change from one run to the next.
Paid work
The audit, the WordPress fix, the AI-ready setup and the fix sprint are sold at the prices on our pricing page, in US dollars. Each package page says what is included. Anything outside that is quoted separately before we start.
- When you pay. The audit and the fixed-price packages are paid before work starts. The fix sprint is paid half before work starts and half when the result is in.
- When the clock starts. Turnaround times count business days from the day we have payment and the access we asked for.
- Access and backups. We take a backup before changing anything. You keep your own backups and stay the owner of your site, hosting and accounts. We hand access back when the job is done.
- The sprint guarantee. On a fix sprint, we get all three Core Web Vitals into Google's green band, as measured by Google. If they don't get there, you don't pay the second half.
- What we can't promise. We don't promise search rankings, traffic, sales or a perfect PageSpeed score. A chat widget or tag manager you need to keep can put 100 out of reach.

The Speed Care app
- Trial. A free 7-day trial with no card. It starts when the first site you add has figures in Google's Chrome UX Report.
- Plans. Monthly or yearly, at the price on our pricing page when you subscribe. Payments go through Razorpay in US dollars. A plan renews on its own until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in Settings, under Billing. Checks carry on until the end of the period you've paid for, then stop.
- Failed payments. If a renewal fails, we keep checking your sites for 15 days while the payment is retried. After that, checks and alerts pause until a payment goes through.
- Where the figures come from. Speed Care reports Google's real-visitor data. We don't control that data, its delays or its gaps, and alerts are information, not a guarantee that a problem will be caught.
- Your team. The account owner is responsible for who they invite and what those people do in the account.

Your site and our work
Your site, content and data stay yours. Once you've paid, the changes we make to your site are yours to keep and change. We won't name you as a client or publish your figures without your permission.
Liability
We do the work with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong because of us, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost rankings or lost data you didn't back up. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.
Changes and the law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell Speed Care customers by email before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, India hear any dispute.
