Everything we sell is a digital service. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges. Work is done on your website, and reports and handover notes arrive by email.
When each service is delivered
- Speed + AI-readiness audit: 5 business days, fee credited to any fix.
- WordPress speed fix: 5 business days.
- AI-ready setup: 5 business days, checked from outside your network.
- Speed fix sprint: about 2 weeks, half up front, half when the numbers move.
- Speed Care: available as soon as you sign up. Your trial and first figures start when Google has data for your site, often straight away.
Turnaround counts business days from the day we have payment and the access we asked for.
If something is late
If we're going to miss a date, we tell you before it passes and give you a new one.
