One-off work
This covers the audit, the WordPress fix and the AI-ready setup.
- Before work starts: cancel and get a full refund. This includes the case where we look first and tell you hosting is the real problem.
- Once work has started: the payment isn't refundable, and we finish the job.
- After delivery: if what we delivered falls short of what the package page promised, tell us and we fix it at no charge.
The audit fee comes off whatever comes next: the fix sprint, the WordPress fix or the AI-ready setup.
The fix sprint
- The first half is refunded in full if you cancel before work starts. After that it isn't refundable.
- The second half is only payable if all three Core Web Vitals reach Google's green band, as measured by Google. If they don't, you don't owe it.
Speed Care
- Try it first. The 7-day trial is free and needs no card.
- Cancel any time in Settings, under Billing. Your plan won't renew, and checks carry on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- No refunds for part of a period. That applies to monthly and yearly plans alike.
- Changing between monthly and yearly takes effect at your next renewal.
Mistakes on our side
If we charge you twice or charge the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full as soon as we know.
How a refund is paid
To ask for a refund, use the contact details at the bottom of this page. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Razorpay, in US dollars. Once we approve one, it usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank. Exchange-rate differences and your bank's own fees are outside our control.
